  Not only had a standing, confirmed appointment to see dentist, which they kept me sitting and waiting in their waiting room close to 35 minutes passed my appointment time in which I desperately needed to have a cracked tooth fixed, which I had advised his secretary upon calling 2days prior, the dentist ended up cancelling my appointment due to his mismanagement of his time so that he could leave early to go out of town. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a scheduling problem with this office, for this same dentist and office also cancelled my follow up appointment for a route canal I had done also due to the dentist going “away”, out of town. I was therefore kept in pain and forced to find another dentist compassionate enough to squeeze me in to fix my dilemma which resulted in this offices poor time management.
